UEG satisfied with the preparations
UEG president Georges Guelzec visited the venue Max-Schmeling-Halle in Berlin on September 11th 2010 together with vice president Rudi Hediger.
Also the representatives of the UEG Technical Committees, Yvette Brasier and Mircea Apolzan, joined the meeting which took place on the occasion of the German Championships which were used as dress rehearsal for the European Championships.
After an extensive visit of the venue and a long meeting the UEG-president was satisfied with the preparations and emphasized his confidence in the experience of the German Gymnastics Federation and the organisers in Berlin. OC-managing director Frank Ebel: "We want to thank the UEG for the constructive and valuable suggestions and the friendly atmosphere during our talks. We are glad that the UEG-representatives are leaving Berlin with a positive impression."
In January 2011 the UEG-technical committees will return to Berlin to hold the draw for the 2011 European Championships.
